Expressions will work with loadMovie and getURL events however will not work with Load Frame actions, as they are internal events and do not call for anything outside of the swf file.

Single Click Flash

Step One
Open a .fla file – this is the pre- compiled .swf file.

Step Two
The button in your Flash file should be the top-most layer on the main timeline in your movie.
Select the button area of your .swf and edit the URL line as in the diagram, make sure it is in an ‘expression’.
Please use the word “clickTAG” as indicated in the example – the word “click TAG” is case-sensitive, so ensure you use the correct case or the click may not work when live.

Step Three
The flash ad can now be “published”. Using the Flash menu, check under “Files > Publish Settings” that the HTML template to be used is “Flash Only (Default)”, and version6 or lower.
